November 8, 2014The Stadtwerke organisation of Kaiserslautern coat buses with “Liquid Glass”
The “Stadtwerke Kaiserslautern Verkehrs AG” (the public transport organisation of Kaiserlautern, Germany) has started to coat their buses with liquid glass after completing a highly positive test phase.
After participating in an intensive training format the staff at Stadtwerke have been able to adopt an “in house” application and maintenance program.
The management of “Stadtwerke” had two main goals within their “wish list” and the coatings addressed both issues.
The newly coated buses are now easy to clean and the advertising films are protected against the damaging effect of exhaust particulates.
The Stadtwerke organisation are now testing the anti-graffiti coatings as the 2nd phase of an evaluation and improvement strategy.
All is managed by CCM partner MPC from Konken / Germany.
