7665 Aircraft Dry Wash & Polish

Clean, polish, protect – in one step

CCM 7665 Aircraft Dry Wash & Polish is a high-quality, solvent-free nano polish based on an emulsion system, specifically designed for the requirements of modern aircraft paints and sensitive aviation surfaces. The product enables waterless cleaning (dry wash) while simultaneously providing polishing care and protection in a single working step. Insect residues, soot, environmental deposits and light contamination are removed effortlessly, while an extremely smooth, transparent protective layer is created.

CCM 7665 has been practice-validated by aircraft detailers and is ideally suited for flying clubs, private pilots, mobile detailers and maintenance operations that value time savings, ease of use and material-friendly care.

Application

Preparation
  • Surface must be clean and free of oils, waxes, polishes or surfactants
  • Application temperature: –25 °C to +80 °C
  • Do not dilute the product; apply sparingly
  • Clean polishing materials beforehand
Application Process
  • Apply thinly and distribute evenly with a microfiber cloth, sponge or polishing pad
  • If excessive product is applied, polish off after a short waiting time (5–30 minutes)
  • Water-resistant after approx. 1 hour, fully cured after 12 hours
  • Do not apply to hot or damp surfaces
