CCM GmbH, based in Overath, has entered into a strategic sales partnership with Evershield GmbH, located in Schwendi, the European subsidiary of the Australian company Radcrete Pacific Pty Ltd. The goal of this partnership is the joint distribution of Evershield waterproofing systems for concrete and CCM® Liquid Glass stone coatings.
This partnership is built not only on business alignment but also on a long-standing personal friendship: Winfried Wagner, one of the two Managing Directors of Evershield GmbH, and Bernd Zimmermann, Managing Director of CCM GmbH, have decided to join forces to strengthen both companies’ market presence across Europe.
The synergy between the products is perfect – and the personal connection between the two managing directors creates a strong foundation. We are very pleased that this partnership allows us to expand our sales reach.
Evershield – European Subsidiary of Radcrete
